Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
My merchandise was damaged, what should I do?
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the merchandise. Please report damages via email at email@example.com
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item(s). Once items have been returned and inspected, an exchange may be made.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! You can place a custom t-shirt, tumbler, and shot glass order. All other items are sold as shown on the website.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via most major credit cards, Cashapp ($meekandchicjewelry), PayPal, Square Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I earn rewards?
First, you must become a Meek And Chic Website member. To become a member, click Login next to the cart.
From there you can earn and redeem rewards.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders can take up to 3 business days to process. We are closed on Sundays, so orders made on those days could take up to Wednesday to process. Once your order has been processed it will ship immediately using USPS.

Standard Mail: 7-10 business days.

I selected Curbside Pick Up, Where should I go?
Orders can take up to 3 business days to process. Please wait until you received an email confirmation to pick up your order. You will then contact me at 872-225-5998 to schedule a time to meet. The address to pick up is 5555 N. 91st Street (USPS Parking Lot).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $25
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. Once you double-check, if the address given is wrong notify us via email within 24 hours of your purchase at email@example.com
